Underground Graphics is the FIRST and ONLY company to provide an Install Protection Care Plan (IPC).
This plan is included on ALL UNDERGROUND GRAPHICS products and kits. IPC is NOT included with any third party products, special order materials and not limited to custom orders. This install protection care plan provides peace of mind and ensures the quality of your installation. All vehicle kits are cast wrap vinyl from the industries best vinyl films (3M, Avery, Orafol & KPMF) with air release technology making for trouble-free, DRY installs. However, mistakes can still happen.
You can rest easy knowing that if ANY parts of your graphics order are damaged, blemished, crooked, or wrinkled due to installation error by you or a professional installer, you may submit a claim to receive replacement pieces. This policy applies to individual parts only, not full kit replacements.
- Claim must be filed within 30 days of receiving order
- Customer will pay shipping (price depends on weight and type of packaging).
- Make sure the full install of your kit or graphic is complete (1 claim per order)
- Take 2-4 pictures of any damaged pieces on the car as they are. Showing the vinyl damage due to install or a crooked application.
- Email us at info@undergroundgraphics.com with subject line (IPC CLAIM)
- Include your name, number, and order number.
- Allow 24-48 business hours for one of our representatives to reach out to you.
- IPC claims are ONLY offered to orders shipped WITHIN the United States
