Can you drop ship direct to our customers?

Yes. Simply let us know your customer's shipping details and we will ship their order direct to them in plain packaging. This means your customer gets thier order sooner and saves you the hassle of shipping it out.

How long does it take for you to dispatch an order?

Most Trade orders are shipped within 2 working days of the order being recieved. This is partially due to our couriers collecting at 11am so we only have 2 hours in the morning to get as much ready for same day dispatch as possible. Orders for items that have to be custom made or complex orders may take longer and our staff can advise you of this at the time you place your order.

How are your products packaged?

Usually they are supplied unpackaged for Trade Customers, however we can supply most of our products in retail packaging if required. Please advise our staff at the time of ordering if retail packaging is requried.

Do you have a minimum order?

No, there is no minimum order value but some products have a minimum order quantity.  For example, 3M 85 Series Cv3 can only be ordered in increments of 1 meter.
